SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We use USPS exclusively for shipping. Your shipping includes packaging and handling fees, and you will receive a tracking number once it has shipped. Currently all US orders $100 and under ship for a flat rate of $4.00 and orders over $100.00 ship for free.
We will make every effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us and let us know at email@example.com. If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item or an item was damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receipt and we will gladly fix the mistake and absorb all shipping costs associated with this.
If you are unsatisfied with your kit purchase for any reason, we will accept a return for store credit or exchange within 60 days of date of original purchase. Yarn must be unwound and in original skein condition. We will issue your digital credit for the price of the kit once we receive the item back. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs, if any, or cover the cost of shipping a return to us. We cannot accept returns on any sale or discounted items. These are final sales and may not be returned. For any returned merchandise, please be sure to include your order number so that we can process your return faster.
For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs to send the exchange back to us, and we will cover the shipping costs of sending a new item back for one time only. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org that you are sending an exchange and what you would like in return and we will set the new item(s) aside for you until the exchange is received.
